TREES BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH

SMALL INK DRAWINGS

These trees are between life and death. Some of them are simply hibernating while others are victimized by arson, thunderbolts, or drought. They depict life and death through nature.

Even though black dominates, light as background is what shapes the works. The third dimension comes in and out. Balance, symmetry, texture and detail are their emphasized features.
